The AYRecist plug-in allows you to analyze oncological questions according to the RECIST 1.1 guideline.
- Support with naming of ROIs
- Synchronous displaying of both baseline and followups
- Displaying of diameters (single, sum, alteration)
- Export of the results as DICOM object
The two viewer windows display the baseline lesions on the left and the followup lesions on the right. Below you find a listing of the ROI values for the baseline and followup studies as well as the calculated differences of the followup lesions related to the baseline lesions.
The result chart may be exported to the database by clicking the toolbar icon 'DICOM File'.
The plug-in is available as an option and adds to the list of available, CE-labeled plug-ins for OsiriX PRO
